Maintaining Your Data with ARVC and SDCOA

CCLOA Outdoor Hospitality Members are also automatically members of the National Association of RV Parks & Campgrounds (ARVC).

Both organizations offer a wide range of benefits to assist you and your business, to ease your load, and to promote your parks.

Given that we’re two entities, you’ll need to maintain your data with each of us, separately.

SDCOA

Through SDCOA, your park has a listing on CampSDakota.com, in the annual Camp South Dakota Guide, and we talk about you on our social media platforms.

We maintain your listings and your the data about your park. Please, add us to your list of contacts when you make any site configuration changes, amenity enhancements (or removals), contact information, season of operation, and so forth.

Simply send your changes or additional photos to our office via email as they develop. You may also text them to us at 605.593.1557 (just be sure to identify yourself as a verification for which campground listing we’re to modify).

7/18/2021 Update: Members, we’ll email you the new logos later when we finish creating them.

ARVC

Through ARVC, your park has a listing on GoCampingAmerica.com (aka GCA).

You maintain this listing by logging in to arvc.org. That’s also where you maintain your own profile data (your mailing address, email address, and many other details).

If you cater to out-of-state guests, you should consider adding their GCA logo to your website so people can find fellow ARVC-member campgrounds as they travel to SD.

BENEFITS

We encourage you to use all the benefits that fit the needs of you, your staff and your park’s operations.

SDCOA offers an array of benefits, and by late July we further identify each program for the upcoming year.

Our annual membership drive starts in August and runs through mid-September. If you’re looking at those pages outside of the membership drive timeframe, please be sure to confirm the details with us since program availability will vary.

ARVC’s program are outlined on arvc.org.

WHEN IN DOUBT
